Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services and website of LetsTravel. When you use or make a booking on our site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement” or “Contract") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase services through LetsTravel, in addition to your obligations as a customer.
Lets.Travel does not sell or provide introductory or affiliate services for flights.

Use of the LetsTravel website
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; (iii) you will use this Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; (iv) you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act; (v) you will inform such other persons about the Terms and Conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto; (vi) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and (vii) if you have an account to this website, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions Contents:
The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LetsTravel., a global online travel agency with head offices in Europe that manages an extensive portfolio of travel-focused services operating under the brand name “LetsTravel”. Our contact details can be found at the end of these Terms.
The term "you" and "your" refers to the Customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services.
Moreover, for the purposes of these terms and conditions the following words or phrases have the meaning shown below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Booking”: any order for products or services you make on our Website which is confirmed or accepted by us.
“Customer” or “Client”: The person who makes a Booking or the person on whose behalf the services provided by us have been agreed and who has accepted that condition.
“Participant”: An individual who attends or participates in a Service provided by a Supplier through the LetsTravel Website
“Service(s)”: a service offered by our website, such as a Adventure Camp Holiday Booking
“Service fee”: means the total or portion of the costs for the service rendered to you on behalf of us as indicated in the confirmation page and email that covers the services provided by us.
“Adventure Travel Supplier” or “Travel Supplier(s)” or “Supplier(s)”: The Adventure Sport Camp Who Provides the Client or Customer with the associated services that the client or Customer has purchased
“Site” or “Website or “Platform”: The LetsTravel technology that manages the transaction between the Customer and the Supplier
1. Booking via LetsTravel – Customer’s Responsibilities
By booking via the LetsTravel website you, as the Customer agree to the following:
To be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that is applicable to your booking, travel arrangements or use of any website content. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due.
That any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any money paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service, and (d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
That you represent and warrant that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information supplied by you is true and correct.
That you are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.
That you will abide by all instructions or directions given by a member of LetsTravel staff in connection with the booking and hereby agree to indemnify LetsTravel against any loss or injury suffered or incurred by any other person as a consequence of your failure to act in accordance with any such direction or instruction.
That it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all travel documentation (ie. passports, visas where relevant). You hereby agree to indemnify LetsTravel for any costs incurred by LetsTravel as a consequence of you the Customer failing to have your travel documentation not being in order.
That you are responsible for your activities on the Website (financially or otherwise), including the possible use of your user name and password.
That you will check the booking confirmation immediately upon it being provided to you. If you consider any document to be incorrect or you have any query in relation to the contents then you notify LetsTravel of your concern and LetsTravel shall respond as soon as possible.
That it is your sole responsibility to check that the insurance scheme that either you or the Supplier provides is of the adequate level of cover for your booking
2.1 Your Agreement with LetsTravel
LetsTravel reserves the right to modify the present terms & conditions at any time, without prior notice, it being hereby agreed that such modifications shall not apply to a reservation or booking that would already have been confirmed by a Supplier. Therefore, the terms & conditions are susceptible of being modified or updated at any time, and must be consulted periodically. They will apply from the time they are updated to all new use of the Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Users hereby acknowledge and accept that browsing the LetsTravel Site as well as using the functional features and Services offered by or on the Site, and in particular reserving or booking Accommodation, Experiences or Services through the Platform, shall imply express, prior acceptance of the terms & conditions. Should a User not accept all or part hereof, said User shall not be authorized to remain on the Site and shall not be authorized to use the Service.
2.2. LetsTravel Services Description
LetsTravel offers, through the LetsTravel Site, a service linking Users, Customers and Suppliers. This service includes handling reservations, payments, refunds/cancellations - on behalf of Suppliers - and providing first line of support for Users and Customers as detailed in the following sections of these terms and conditions. Through our Platform and Service, Users/Customers may reserve and book Accommodation, Experiences & Products provided by a Supplier.
2.3 Your Agreement with the Supplier
For all products or services booked via our website, the Supplier's terms and conditions will apply in addition to those set out here. The Supplier's terms and conditions may include provisions relating to the specific products & services on offer.
Either a non-refundable deposit or the full amount must be paid by the Customer on the LetsTravel website in order to secure a booking. This is clearly marked on each option when in the booking steps.
3.2.Confirmation of Booking
After you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. This is the moment that your contract in relation to the products and services ordered will come into existence. This confirmation email will provide all the details of your booking.
Suppliers will be given a 24-hour period to accept your booking request, your card will not be charged until the Supplier has confirmed your booking request via Lets.Travel.
3.3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
3.3.1. Changes & Cancellations – by you
Each Supplier has its own cancellation terms which are marked are clearly marked on their location page and on the LetsTravel booking process. If you wish to cancel within the specified terms of the Suppliers cancellation policy, you will be able to cancel your booking via the LetsTravel website
Suppliers will be given a 24-hour period to accept your booking request, your card will not be charged until the Supplier has confirmed your booking request via LetsTravel.
188.8.131.52. Refund Policy
Refunds for Accommodation, Experiences & Products booked through LetsTravel will be processed by LetsTravel, providing that any cancellations are performed inline with the Suppliers specified cancellation policy. The Customer will be able to cancel and automatically request a refund inline with the Supplier’s specified cancellation & refund policy clearly stated against each Supplier Location. Refunds will be provided to the Customer by LetsTravel no later than 15 working days after cancellation.
3.3.2. Cancellations by LetsTravel
In case of obvious errors (including any error of calculation or clerical error, error in data entry) resulting in the display of a price which has obviously been displayed by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, even if it was automatically confirmed by us. You will be informed of this as soon as possible, to allow you to make a booking at the correct price, if you wish to. In any case, you will not be entitled to claim compensation from us on the grounds of the cancellation or the related costs, if any, that have been incurred due to an erroneous booking which has been cancelled.
In some circumstances, and in addition to the billing and payment information you provide, we may require you to produce some proof of your identity. This can be requested at the time of booking, during payment processing or at any other time thereafter. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not provide such proof of identity when requested with no liability whatsoever.
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time for security or fraud-protection purposes. This is generally due to our security-protection and fraud-detection processes reporting a problem with the payment card submitted, e-mail address used for booking etc. In such circumstances we may cancel your booking with no liability whatsoever. An email informing you about the cancelation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
4.1. Methods of Payment & Process
Payment can be made by the payment methods detailed on the LetsTravel website. Payment methods other than those stated on the website are not accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash or cheques sent through the post. Please note that additional fees for credit card payments may arise. They will be shown before the completion of the booking in the price calculation. When you make a booking on our website, you will need to provide us with credit or debit card details in order to cover the full cost of your booking.
You authorise us or an authorised third party to take full payment for the total amount of your purchase.
If there are any problems with your payment, we will contact you within 48 hours (or within 24 hours if you are travelling within 48 hours). After completion of the payment and booking confirmation, you will receive by LetsTravel all necessary tax documents (receipt, invoice) by e-mail to the e-mail address you have indicated during your booking.
5. Complaints & Disputes
LetsTravel is concerned with its Customers’ experience and would like to offer a quality reservation & booking experience. in cases of issues when reserving Accommodation/Experiences/Products during their delivery by the Supplier, the Customer or Participant may:

In cases of difficulties with a Supplier, LetsTravel shall contact the latter in order to attempt to settle the issue on behalf of the Customer, on a best efforts basis. In the scenario where a client wishes to obtain partial or total reimbursement, such reimbursement – if accepted by the Supplier – will be processed by LetsTravel directly
LetsTravel takes issues encountered by its Customers and Participants with Suppliers and their delivery of Services seriously, LetsTravel shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in case of non-compliance in whole or in part with an obligation and/or poor performance by a Supplier with respect to the execution of aftersales services.
6.1 Platform Access and Operation
LetsTravel shall be subject to a best effort obligation in relation to Platform uptime & availability. Users hereby acknowledge that, notwithstanding all the resources the Platform implements, the Internet and telecommunications networks present technical specificities implying the impossibility of guarantying (i) correct Site and Service operation, in particular in terms of uninterrupted Site access continuity, Site and Service performance such as, for example, response times for the various requests and actions submitted and (ii) Site and Service security, in particular in terms of the presence of viruses.
6.2 LetsTravel Responsibility Boundaries
LetsTravel provides a technical platform and service connecting Customers & Suppliers
Suppliers are solely responsible for the satisfactory performance of the Services offered for reservation and booking on LetsTravel
LetsTravel shall not be held liable in any manner for total or partial non-compliance with an obligation and/or poor performance or partial/non-compliance by a Supplier with regard to the execution of a Service listed on LetsTravel
Customers shall be personally responsible for acceptance of the terms and conditions by Participants whom the Customer is responsible for registering for a Service provided by Suppliers
6.3 Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
published on our website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. LetsTravel and our affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to such information that appears on our website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, general product descriptions, etc.). We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.
The information, software, products, and services provided by LetsTravel or our Suppliers or No notification of a grievance may be made by one of the parties against the other more than six (6) months after the date of the events constituting the grievance have been discovered or should have been discovered.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, LetsTravel shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events). However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees or representatives shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the Adventure Travel Supplier as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the accommodation or Adventure Travel Supplier or other business partners, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the accommodation or adventure travel provider or any of our other business partners (including any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies) whose products or service are (directly or indirectly) made available, offered or promoted on or through the website, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
Whether the Adventure Travel Supplier charges you (or has charged you) for your booking, or we are facilitating the payment of the price, you agree and acknowledge that the Accommodation & Services Supplier is at all times responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the room price to the relevant tax authorities.
7. Copyright, trademark, software on this website
All content included on our site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software ("Content"), is our property or our content Suppliers and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. The intellectual property rights which subsist in the compilation (meaning the presentation, selection, collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all Content on our website are the exclusive property of the company managing and operating this website and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All software made available on our website or your mobile application is copyrighted work of ours or our software Suppliers and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any use of Content and/or software other than in accordance with this Agreement, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance except as expressly authorised, of the Content on this site is strictly prohibited.
Certain software and content found on our website are owned or licensed by us or our Suppliers, your use of which may be subject to further conditions.
8. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to third party websites that we provide only as a convenience to you. You should take precautions to ensure that whatever links you access are free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive mechanisms The existence of these links does not imply that we endorse such websites or any included content. We are not responsible for such websites or content or any data privacy practices of such websites.
9. Governing Law
The contract arising from any confirmed holiday booking is to be interpreted under and is subject to, the laws of Portugal and any dispute arising between LetsTravel and the Customer shall be amenable only to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court within Portugal
