Yoga has swept surfers all over the world off their feet, with all professional surfers using it to improve their flexibility, core strength and surfing performance. So, if after an active day surfing and on the beach you feel like you could do with some stretching, relaxing and “me”-time, Yoga is a fantastic way to improve your flexibility and to strengthen your body!
At our camp we offer unlimited yoga and you can join in any of our yoga sessions. Our enthusiastic and professional Yoga instructors make their sessions fun and accessible to ‘Yogis’ of all levels. So, even if you cannot yet touch your toes when bending over, our instructors know just how to help you improve your surfing through Yoga. Our registered yoga instructors offer a variety of yoga styles in different settings. We run a minimum of 3 yoga sessions per day, either within the surf camp on our large yoga platform or on the beach for a morning or sunset session.
