Great surf camp for different skill levels. The camp is simply beautiful and close to various awesome surf breaks. The management and employees at the camp are fantastic and very helpful. Fresh and great food for breakfast and dinner. At rapture, you can meet people from all walks of life and some coolest people you will ever meet. Everyone is so friendly at the camp that you can basically spark up a conversation with anyone. I was travelling on my own but never felt alone as there were always great people around or things to do. I’ve met some people at the camp and still keep in touch with to this day. Highly recommend Rapture if you want to go surfing at some of the best spots in Bali as Rapture provides a very home away from home experience. Could not have been happier with my experience at Rapture :)

Rapture has the absolute best vibes of any surf camp around! We stayed in the surf shack which was absolutely amazing. Huge bed, outdoor shower and bath, right next to the pool! Food was fantastic, every night something new - a mix between local and international snacks. Banana Coffee smoothie is a dream boat! Everyone that works at Rapture is pretty amazing and happy and that just brings the whole experience together. Surf guiding was great! Instructors had fun with us and also kept us safe. Would absolutely come back in a heart beat!

The local currency is the Rupiah. The exchange rate varies from day to day – 1 Euro is currently about 12.300 Rupiah. You should bring cash in Euros or other major currencies and a Maestro (EC) or credit card. You can change cash at exchange offices at the airport and at banks. The airport, most banks and big hotels provide ATMs. Cash machines are widespread. The cheapest way is to change cash.

  • Surfboards

You are allowed to bring 3 surfboards into Bali for personal use. Additional boards will be considered as imports and customs will charge a fee – usually $100 US per board, but this is negotiable. In Bali no wetsuit is required as the water temperature is warm all year round. You can bring your own surfboard or we can provide an appropriate sized board from the surf camp. We cater to all standards of surfer from beginner to advanced.

  • Travel Insurance

Appropriate travel insurance is an absolute necessity for traveling in Bali and to other Indonesian islands. To stay at the Camp you are required to have valid travel insurance.
