Run by our friends Marta and Frederik Ondina Guesthouse is located in Casais de S. Lourenço, a small village close to Ericeira, Portugal (10 drive by car). The house offers 3 double and 3 shared bedrooms, all with private bathroom. There is also a Bar and Restaurant, a roof top terrace with ocean view, a relaxing garden and a private parking space. The cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean are just a 3 min walk away and the beautiful Sao Lorenco beach can be reached in only 10 min.
Ericeira and its surroundings are known for excellent surf breaks, beautiful national parks and stunning views. There's a wide range of outdoor activities and Lisbon, Portugal's colorful capital can easily be reached by car in 45 minutes.

A 5-day retreat with daily yoga classes, one yoga workshop and delicious healthy food!
In the morning we wake up our bodies with dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga (synchronising movement and breath) including short meditations and pranayama (breathing exercises). In the afternoons we nurture our bodies with a blend of Restorative and Yin yoga.
On one day we will have a yoga workshop where we look into a specific topic.
The classes at this retreat are for those who already have some knowledge of Vinyasa Flow and want to take their practice to the next level.
There's also a chance to take private classes with us (for an additional charge).
We LOVE preparing, eating and enjoying healthy and delicious food! You'll get to savour colourful and nourishing whole food - based on whats in season, organic where possible. Always prepared with lots of love!
At the breakfast buffet you can expect colourful smoothie bowls with loads of toppings, nuts, fresh juices, homemade granola and always loads of delicious seasonal fruits.
The lunch is light and refreshing - usually a soup, salad or a wrap. If you're out and about during the day we'll keep the lunch for when you get back.
The dinners are abundant and flavourful vegetarian dishes inspired by whats in season and our travels around the world.
