I need help finding the right holiday for me.

What do you feel like doing and where? Enter it into our intuitive search or simply leave it blank to browse all your options. For each place we have listed all the information you need: Available accommodation, prices, photos and detailed descriptions. To book, select the package that suits your needs and then the type of accommodation.

I have made a booking request, but it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

When you submit a booking request, the camp or retreat manager gets 24 hours to respond to it. In most cases you will have a response within 12 hours, of which you will be notified via email and in the “Trips” area of your social timeline. Sometimes, when your requested trip is not available for whatever reason, they may suggest an alternative trip with similar dates and prices. It’s then up to you to accept their offer or to submit a different booking request.

I have a question about my upcoming trip.

Once you have booked a trip through us, you can access all details in the “Trips” area of your social timeline. There you have the possibility to chat with the camp or retreat manager directly and ask them any questions you may have.

I need to cancel my booking.

You can cancel your booking anytime from the “Trips” area of your social timeline. Simply select the trip that you want to cancel and click “Cancel trip” in the trip summary on the right hand side. Please refer to the location’s booking & cancellation policy to find out if you are eligible for a refund of any amounts that you have already paid.
